Em 1951, Bob - como era chamado pelos amigos - abriu a Falkenburg Sorvetes Ltda., que vendia exclusivamente sorvete de baunilha, com mĂĄquinas e receitas trazidas dos Estados Unidos. Incentivado pelos amigos, Bob abriu, em 1952, a primeira loja Bob's, na Rua Domingos Ferreira, em Copacabana, lançando no Brasil o hot-dog, o hambĂșrguer, o milkshake e o sundae. De lĂĄ pra cĂĄ, O Bobâs sĂł fez crescer, vendendo o que hĂĄ de mais saboroso em hambĂșgueres e sundaes, alĂ©m do inigualĂĄvel milkshake de ovomaltine.
